Sexual Intercourse:

In an easy normal sex life, many times babies and toddlers can be a hindrance. After giving birth, many mothers feel physically and mentally exhausted, and in many cases, there is no opportunity for sexual intercourse. Maybe you and your partner are happy with this situation, but if your sex life is becoming a problem, it is important to make some changes. A lack of sex or an unhappy relationship creates a lot of frustration and anxiety and becomes an obstacle to a healthy relationship.

Many women feel tired and depressed immediately after childbirth. A type of thinking about physical condition and getting pregnant again works. Some problems may also occur in men. A father's sexual feelings are almost the same before and after childbirth. But many men worry about what is right for his wife. They are worried and frustrated, unsure of what to do.

There is no hard-and-fast rule about how long you can have sex after giving birth. Many mothers experience fatigue and some kind of pain immediately after giving birth. It is better not to rush to have sex at this time. If you experience pain during intercourse, it will definitely not be enjoyable.

It may take some time for you to develop the desire to have sex. Until then, keep each other happy by increasing friendliness, reducing distance.

The following suggestions may help in this regard:

If it hurts during sex, tell them. Pain during intercourse is not pleasant. If you pretend everything is fine before your body is ready, intercourse will become a hassle and a pain instead of a pleasure, which will not be good for either of you. Apart from sex, you can please each other.Be careful the first few times you have sex. First use your finger to make sure you don't feel pain. Moisturize more with lubricating jelly.Because of the hormonal changes after childbirth, your genitals will not be as moist as before. Take time to rest together. If your mind is busy with other things, if your body is not ready then there is no reason to go for physical love only. Take your time. If you have pain during intercourse two months or more after childbirth, talk to your doctor or visit a family planning service center.
